CPD events
CPD half days:
On 9th of February, 2019, Polly was invited to lead a Continuing Professional Development morning for Psychotherapists and Counsellors in Bedfordshire through Bedford Counselling and Training. The morning was an introduction to music therapy; explaining how music therapy works, its history, the theories that underpin it, the people it helps and how the musical tools are used in clinical applications. There was also experiential practice and space for rich discussion and exploration of the therapeutic form.
Feedback
"This was sensitively paced and pitched. The presentation style was inclusive and welcoming. The balance of experience and discussion was well managed . The presentation was organised and clear. Polly was able to respond to a variety of learning needs and experiences so that everyone went away richer for it." - Katherine Lee
"Really interesting and moving experience" - Nick Hall
